Licenses & Certifications

Currently we hold memberships with the CLCA (California Landscape Contractors Association), ASLA (American Society of Landscape Architects), and APLD (Association of Professional Landscape Designers). We are fully licensed, bonded and insured and offer health care to our employees. Our licenses with the California State License Board are General Contractor A and C-27 No. 883785. We have multiple business licenses including with the City of Santa Monica, South Pasadena, Pasadena, Glendale, San Marino, La Cañada Flintridge, and Los Angeles to mention a few. 

We are a Sustainable Landscape Design Professional with the City of Santa Monica. We are also a Certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), Certified Small Business with the County of Los Angeles Community Business Enterprise Program (CBE) and a Small Local Business (SLB) and (MBE) Minority Business Enterprise with the City of Los Angeles. Since 1997 and 1999 Marco Barrantes owner and founder has held two Permaculture Design certificates and is a Certified Arborist. Our offices are located in Pasadena, CA.
